Women 30 to 45 years old interested in a supportive group experience that focuses on Personal Growth & Wellness. This group is not intended to take the place of therapy. 

 

The Counseling Consultants will facilitate a weekly ongoing support group for Women living in Arizona. Participants can come weekly or on occasion. We will talk about Self-Care, Communication, Emotional Regulation, Healthy Relationships, Self-Compassion  and a range of issues and helpful topics that face women today.

 

It is scientifically proven that connecting with others increases Mental Health and decreases stress. We can always learn new skills…and life can be stressful!

 

Wherever you are in Arizona! The group is an Online virtual secure telehealth group.
