Jessica Hubbell (she/her) is a Board-Certified Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of Arizona with over 10 years' experience as a Professional School Counselor. Jessica loves kids! She is passionate about supporting and educating our youth and families to foster healthy futures for our children. Her education includes a Bachelor of Sociology from University of Arizona in 2009 and a Master of Counseling with a specialty in School Counseling from Depaul University in 2012. 

Jessica works with teenagers and adults who are on a path of self-discovery. We will work together to empower you through an eclectic approach utilizing strength-based techniques such as motivational counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and educational mental health. Her counseling style is rooted in the belief that we are wired for connection, within ourselves and to others.

Learning about the brain and stress responses is what helps us to better understand the roles that our thoughts play when we experience stress, trauma, and emotions. Learning and evaluating our coping strategies can help with emotion regulation, which will also help to reinforce compassion for yourself and others.
