Kristen is a seasoned clinician with 28 years of experience as a Social Worker and 23 years of clinical experience. In addition to Kristen’s direct practice Kristen was a researcher, Assistant Professor, and then Associate Professor of Human Behavior for 11 years before returning to direct clinical practice. Her direct work with clients focuses on offering a trauma-informed somatic approach to inspire new feelings of acceptance and flexible perspectives toward symptoms of anxiety, trauma, and languishing. Kristen’s life experience, graduate schooling in education, and work in academia have inspired her passion for work with executive function couching and life skills development for individuals experiencing ADD and ADHD. Kristen's current certifications include Mindfulness Teacher Certification MTC, Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional CCATP, ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider ADHD-CCSP
