Kristen is a seasoned clinician with 28 years of experience as a Social Worker and 23 years of clinical experience. In addition to Kristen’s direct practice Kristen was a researcher, she has 11 years experience as an Assistant and Associate Professor of Human Behavior. Her direct work with clients focuses on offering a trauma-informed somatic approach to inspire new feelings of acceptance and flexible perspectives toward symptoms of anxiety, trauma, and languishing. Kristen has more than 100 hours of mindfulness training and over 30 hours of sound healing training using crystal bowls.

Kristen’s life experience, graduate schooling in education, and work in academia have inspired her passion for work with executive function coaching and life skills development for individuals experiencing ADD and ADHD. Kristen's current certifications include Mindfulness Teacher Certification MTC, Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional CCATP, Certified EMDRPT-II, ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider ADHD-CCSP
