• Assessment $250/Counseling $200 per private pay 55 minute session/ $340 per 120 intensive session
Kristen accepts direct pay and the majority of major commercial insurance plans. Out-of-network superbills for client reimbursement are available. At this time practice doesn't accept AHCCS, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage.
