Sukey's full name is Socorro, pronounced: soh-KOHR-oh, meaning "Help or Relief," reflecting her deep commitment to assisting others. Named after her grandmother, this meaningful connection adds a unique touch to her compassionate and personalized approach.

Sukey is a Spanish bilingual therapist who embraces holistic therapeutic approaches for flexibility and best practice. Understanding the mind-body connection, intergenerational dynamics, grief, relationships, transitions, the LGBTQIA+ community, career demands, parenting, and caregiver stress, she is trained in EMDR, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, CBT, brain health, relationships, solution-focused interventions, and is a master trainer in motivational interviewing and health coaching.
