Shauna Osten (she/her) is a board licensed Master level social worker in the State of Arizona. She is dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for children, teens, adults, and families to cultivate strong and healthy relationships. Utilizing a client-centered and trauma-informed care approach, she is here to support you through life's many challenges. Specializing in modalities such as CBT, EFT, and Narrative Therapy, Shauna will tailor the approach to meet your unique needs and goals. Clients have shared that she is able to create a safe space allowing clients to engage and be open with themselves. Shauna has experience supporting children and youth facing various diagnoses, including complex mental health and behavioral challenges.
