Initial biopsychosocial 60-90 minutes assessment and treatment planning session

50 minute therapy session

Extended sessions upon request. *Individuals and families using insurance benefits may need prior authorization.

60-90 minute group session Group sessions may vary in length based on topic and number of group sessions

TCC accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, and United Health Care/Optum insurance reimbursement for psychotherapy services. We provide a verification of benefits at the initial time of service but can't guarantee insurance coverage. It is the client responsibility to contact the provider to confirm or resolve benefit disputes.

Weekly, biweekly or monthly Individualized 1:1 in person or virtual appointments with an executive function coach 

Licensed Master Level Clinician Rate 200 per hour

Independently licensed rates 250 per hour

Let our body doubles provide the support you need to meet your goals. Body doubling is productivity technique where you perform a task while in the presence of another person, either physically or virtually, to help you stay focused and motivated to complete the task

Be accountable to you! We can lose focus on our goals because we let things get in the way of the goals we set for ourselves. Sign up for this relaxed two month group and set your intention. Show up each week to reinforce your personal goals, receive support from others, and stay on track. This lunch group meets weekly! 

Cost of group covers 8 concurrent sessions beginning March 11th- April 29th. A great way to keep yourself accountable!) 

All Executive Function services are currently private pay only. Please contact your health provider prior to scheduling a service if you wish to use an ESA wallet, FSA/HSA or other health account for payment.

Join our 3 part series to experience a scaffolded approach to a range of topics. Group rate includes three sessions ranging from 1-2 hours in length.

Participate in a one month breathwork journey including group session, 30 minute individual consultation, a weekly emails. Take the breathwork challenge!
