Holly Leffhalm (she/her) is a client-centered therapist, passionate about helping people from all walks of life. She provides a comfortable, non-intimidating, and nurturing space to talk through issues relating to depression, anxiety, stress, and other conflicts. Through open communication, humor, and curiosity, Holly aims to both challenge and support you on your journey to self-healing. Her objective is to empower you with the tools to improve and become the best version of yourself. Modalities used by Holly include but are not limited to DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is trauma informed and often interweaves these modalities to support the most effective approach for the individual.
